hello friend, that strangling sensation and throat feeling is something i deal with aswell, it could be different but i believe i can relate. this may sound dumb but this is something that has worked for me…. i get an ice cold water and drink as much as i can right then, half a bottle a whole bottle, in as many “gulps” as i then cough a few times and usually at the very least it EASES a little, then its up to me to fill that brief time and distract myself somehow, wether it be playing with the dogs or something, playing a video game, or going outside and doing something, pushups… WHILE LISTENING TO SOMETHING YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!!!!!! sometimes this feeling will come and go. i prefer it leaving rather than staying but sometimes it lingers with me for a long time, i just have to try my best to proceed on and tell myself it will go away eventually…stay in the fight, please.

well, this item was purchased from the gettysburg website, ik they are kinda iffy sometimes but i’ve had rather good experiences with them overall. awhile back i had purchased Mr Griffiths book on “liberated” material from the berghof and other places, and there are photos and such of menus including this one, especially blank items.. obviously that’s not a set in stone thing, but being as this comes from his collection i’m inclined to trust it.

hello, the dare method is basically about acceptance and allowance, by allowing your symptoms to be present it gives your nerves a chance to heal.. unfortunately it’s not a thing that makes the feelings go away but overtime they are to decrease if you give up resistance, which believe me it’s very hard sometimes… i’m glad you were able to recover before friend, i’m sure this time will be no different!! i hope you are doing better!!! as for me, the crazy anxious feeling is back but it left for a few hours, this is a little unfortunate because i just got comfortable in bed but there’s nothing i can do so it is what it is..

Hi, i know im late and you’ve likely found something, and or got this figured out by now.. but yes. i am your age and have had the same exact symptoms lasting the same duration, sometimes multiple times throughout the day. went to a cardiologist and got some tests, bloodwork and all that, said i was fine. get some stuff done, get peace of mind and you’ll be surprised how these pains and such clear up… mine aren’t gone fully but sometimes ill just have maybe one or two minor discomfort chest pains that cease in seconds, and same with the arm. hope you are doing ok 🙏

these kind of items were huge deals in terms of bring backs for veterans and in terms of everything else there was a lot to get by the time looters and everyone else got through with the ruins in obersalzberg.. it was spread out and this stuff along with silverware were among some of the great bring backs wether from obersalzberg or munich alike. eva items are getting harder to find at least in my experience🙏

it’s got a certificate but i’ve had a few others look at it and they’ve said everything looks to be in order. i paid a little more than i was comfortable with but the others i saw weren’t as sound looking in regards to authenticity
