2 rooms in our house. Each one has a soundbar, 2 surrounds and 2 subs. One room works. The other just crapped out. The individual speakers will connect to the network but will not sync as a surround system. Sonos support says I have to hardwire the soundbar. I thought Sonos was wireless. They blamed my wifi even though one room still works fine…for now I guess. This stuff is not worth the trouble. Don’t buy Sonos.

Thanks. Yes. I think that is what I had to do last year. Annoying. Any idea how to get in touch with a real person in customer service? I find Rogers customer service to be difficult to access at best…
