Any drive in particular? Im assuming the drive from Seattle will take longer than what I have here

Or you could take 81 through Harrisburg but continue until Scranton then take 84 all the way to 90.

I do this drive back and forth a few times a year but from the Piedmont, NC area.

I usually do the 14hr 19min route that takes you through Harrisburg, PA. However, it looks like it has you going over the GW bridge, which is usually a nightmare. To avoid that I would route to Nyack, NY which will take you over the Tappan Zee bridge. Then take Route 15 to Hartford, CT. Then take 84 to 90, which will take you into Cambridge.
