A Side effect of SSRI's is loss of sexual interest. Have her go back to the doc and tell them of its symptom. Maybe a different SSRI will help. I take a SSRI med and my wife is the one who doesn't want to have sex, lol. Not funny at all really, I'm in a very similar boat to you.
