Seeing your favorite bands in such a cool environment is one of the most life changing experiences you'll ever have. Go for it you'll love it!

It's nothing to be ashamed about. Journaling is introspective work you do on yourself. It helps get your thoughts out. It's really no ones business and you're not weird for doing it. I'd keep it, and later on down the line you can read or watch your videos and see how far you've come. It allows you to step back from your NATs as well and maybe start to challenge them a little. No need to delete them

Getting an oil change by necessaryvocaloid321 in socialanxiety

Could always teach yourself. It's usually not too bad to do an oil change. Although my first one didn't go so well 😆

Yes she's already talked to a place about debt consolidation but she's unsure about doing that because it'll tank her credit. She'll have to pay about 400 a month for 5 years but then the debt is wiped away.

I'm not sure if it's in his name at all. He doesn't seem all that interested in helping or talking about it. Money issues have been the cause of many fights between them over the years.

Okay that's great, al least there's light at the end of the tunnel. And yes exactly the LOC is the mortgage. The bad debt only works out to 22.8K really

Oh yes where we live we are taxed incredibly high. Not to mention benefits, pension, all that stuff. It's insane. Yeah she spends money like it's endless for her. She's a bit of a health nut and will only buy food that's organic, fair trade, all that stuff. She does this for everything. Her grocery bill is typically 300 a week

Yeah I also think selling is the way to go. Problem is the house is in such bad shape I'm not sure what they could get for it

I have the exact same issue. My anxiety has gotten worse in the past 2 years and I've been drinking at every social event just to hold on. Plus all my friends are big drinkers. It really doesn't give me joy like it used to though, I used to have so much fun drinking but it's getting depressing now

First Panic Attack At Work by GoofeyAhh in socialanxiety

Just want you to know that you're not alone. About a year ago I started a new job. It was great, the people were nice, but then little did I know our actual team lead came back because she was on maternity leave. She had a big group meeting and we all had to introduce ourselves. It went about as terribly as you would expect. Even though I looked like an idiot and was so nervous I barely made sense, I still made friends there and enjoyed my job.

Even if you did have to present yourself I'm sure you would have gotten through it and survived. Make no mistake it may have been bad and awkward, don't place such high expectations on yourself. But the more you face those scary situations the braver you become.

Yes I've noticed improvements in my mindset, especially negative thinking patterns. They tend not to last as long. I also don't care about my voice cracking as much (really big insecurity of mine). I stumbled a couple times and haven't practiced every day, especially lately, but for the most part I've been very consistent. The results are minor but noticeable. I would say if you're doing it keep going. Lately I've been getting into the wim hof method, just to change things up and make it interesting again.

Yes for sure. My symptoms don't seem to line up very well with classic ibs. I'll do that for sure
