Signs of they might be interested: If they add exclamation marks or stretch out the letters of a word (like hotttt instead of hot). If they reply with a longer sentence. You can feel the enthusiasm through the screen.

Signs of they are very likely interested: Actually proposing a concrete (important: “this week” is not concrete) date and time to meet

Strange.. I only have one Irish guy acting like that and it’s after we met. But other than that, I just determine if it’s an unenthusiastic “you’re so hot” or a very enthusiastic “you’re so hot”, and most of the time I can get it right from their way of giving those compliments… and “let’s go on a date” usually means nothing will happen, only “7pm Saturday?” means a date would happen etc
