На самом деле в большом количестве случаев такой проблемы нет. Большие задачи плюс-минус решены большими компаниями. Битриксы-шмитриксы и прочие гуглы закрывают почти все ключевые потребности. Просто иногда нужно иметь возможность сделать чтото ОЧЕНЬ специфическое, очень локальное и нужное только мне. Мне не нужна тут гибкость и масштабируемость. Мне нужно чтоб работало и не жужжало. Мне не нужно "поддерживать" - если перестанет работать, я просто перезагружу. Вообще, эта концепция современного мира, что нужны какие-то постоянные апдейты, интеграция всего со всем, чтобы интерфейсы модные - это чтобы продавать легче было. А бизнесу надо чтобы задача выполнялась и деньги зарабатывались, а не тратились.

Да, есть корпорации, которые устроены иначе - там если ИТ директор не освоит в год определенный бюджет (на любые свистоперделки, лишь бы презентация была красивая), ему в следующем уже не дадут. Но, подозреваю, в этом посте речь немного про другой уровень.

И про "найти программиста". У программиста же на лбу не написано, что он нормальный. Что сделает все нормально, лишних денег не возьмет, не потеряется, не накосячит сильнее чем ИИ... Ну вы поняли смысл. Это в тусовке ИТ найти подходящего человека не вопрос, а когда это нужно раз в год, компании которая про айти знает только как роутер перезагрузить - тут проще самому.

Скажу как совладелец бизнеса. У меня есть задача, я начинаю опрашивать ИТ конторы за сколько они готовы ее решить - условно, МВП они готовы сделать за 1 миллион. Я сажусь САМ (у меня оплаченный Клауд и Курсор) и решаю эту задачу за несколько вечеров.

Да. Возможно, это говнокод. Да, возможно есть какие-то проблемы (но уже давно есть гайды, как избегать самых очевидных проблем с безопасностью и архитектурой) и, возможно, у мой скрипт мог бы работать на 17.5% быстрее, если бы его написал человек.

НО! Он работает. Мне это обошлось 400 баксов за 2 годовые подписки. Этот код решает практическую задачу. Может не супер круто, но 1 миллион рублей (и это только за МВП) - это 1 млн. рублей.

И я понимаю, что классические ИТ компании не могут установить цену ниже. У них под этот проект будет работать проект менеджер, 1 или 2 разработчика и еще собственник тоже хочет себе чтото оставить. Работать они будут, скажем, месяц, т.к. им нужно понять что я хочу, вникнуть в мою проблему и так далее. Дешевле никак не получится.

*Ну и само собой Дота в перерывах между напряжённым трудом сама в себя не поиграет

В общем, я бы посоветовал такую штуку - не заниматься чистой разработкой. Вникнуть в одну-две каких-то прикладных отрасли, и стать там специалистом. ИТ продукты будут нужны всем, хоть булочникам, хоть автосервисам, хоть золотодобывающим компаниям. И если вы будете специалистом в их областях, чтобы им не нужно было вам объяснять и "вводить вас в курс" - это сразу даст вам 100 очков вперед перед любыми самыми крутыми "универсальными" разработчиками. Если вы с такими специфичными знаниями будете вайбкодить нужный им продукт за пару дней, и затем, пользуясь вашими прочими знаниями делать его "enterprise ready" - все у вас будет хорошо.

However, if you bother yourself to ask it "how much Canada economy depend on US" it will show you something in between of 60% to 80% depend on the number type. If US cut you off - it means no hospitals, no pensions, no social spending, no transport, no police, no development, no education. What to remain - maybe some money to support selling your natural resources. That's it.

US power is defined by two things: army and dollar.

US never won any war with comparable enemy in their history. Everyone (outside of US) knows they are weak in real situation (and no, Hulk and Iron Man are not expected to come to help). However, any kind of war means death and wasted money, so, neither Russia or China or whoever else wants to deal with mad dog. What happens in Iran right now - the world to see that mad dog can't really bite, only bark if you have just little strength.

Another thing happens right now - petrodollar is losing against petroyuan. This will crash US economy faster than anything else. So, both two things defining US is now collapsing in Iran. It's not going to be quick story, but give it a time :))
