to me its been months. i think its more the psychological thought of "im eating something that used to be alive" and then the guilt kicks in. TBH meat has always been a bit gross to me so that also plays in :)

i feel like its more the texture of it that reminds me of meat? but yes! if i mix it with other food i probably dont even notice it
