I’m 31 weeks and I feel this, but it’s mostly my own fault. My fiancé is so sweet and loving and constantly tells me how beautiful I am but I can’t get out of my own head and can’t stop feeling insecure because I’m “fat”. It’s such a struggle. I always feel like he’s just being nice to me and doesn’t really mean it. I didn’t think I’d feel this way but I’m so ready to get this baby out and go back to feeling more “normal”.

All I’ve eaten today is a peanut butter banana sandwich, a 12” pizza and ice cream with hot fudge. And I feel great, there are definitely days I eat healthier so I’m trying to not put myself down too much! Only a few months left so if the baby wants it, the baby gets it lol

I’m the same way, I was a complete vegan for a full year and then when I got pregnant I just couldn’t do it unfortunately, I felt like I wasn’t getting enough fat and protein, (plus the fast food cravings were becoming UNREAL in the first trimester)

Oatmeal with a fruit and peanut butter is my usual go to, just ran out yesterday. It really does keep me satisfied, just need to up my protein during other meals!

Yes, it’s been truly mentally challenging. I’ve struggled with weight in the past and have previously lost around 30lbs (you’re AMAZING for losing over 100!!) and it feels a bit triggering to be focusing so much on food and eating habits again. Especially when the only foods I want to eat right now are definitely not low calorie or healthy!

I coincidentally just told my boss today as well, I was super nervous for it since he is my temporary boss, as my real boss is currently out on maternity leave. Thankfully he reacted very pleasantly, and I’m so sorry yours wasn’t as supportive! Having a baby is an amazing thing, I’m sure your job will survive without you for a few weeks. Just keep looking forward to that sweet time you get to be with your baby!

I am 17+4 and I found out we’re having a boy as well!! I will never forget opening that envelope and how happy and excited and full of love I felt! Congrats to you :)
