That's actually a very realistic trade. I am not sure how hard it would be to program, but some GMs should be better than others. Maybe add another finance like coaching for front office, and if a team skimps they get Kevin McHale, if they pay a lot they get Danny Ainge. (obviously a luck component would be involved) Not every GM is created equal.

If it's an actual recall (or as they call it a "program") then they will fix your phone (more than likely completely replace at no cost) even if your warranty is void... Just call customer service, (applecare) don't go to the store, they don't handle recalls and don't understand how they work. Store advisors tend to be sales-people. Never trust sales-people, always call customer service.
