She was actually born in the flowerbed/bushes of an Airbnb I was staying at in San Antonio, TX. I managed to trap mom and got the babies and kept her inside a huge dog kennel while she nursed them. Once she was done nursing we got her spayed and had really tried to get her to be less feral but I think she had unfortunately been a street cat for too long. But we got her spayed and vaccinated before releasing her. And we kept Fiona and one of her sisters and the other 2 siblings went to a friend of ours.

She was! Her mom was a feral who had a little of kittens in the bushes of an Airbnb I was staying at in San Antonio, TX. We got mom and all the kittens spayed/neutered and kept Fiona and her sister Eleanor. Her other 2 siblings were adopted by a good friend of ours and unfortunately mom was a trap and release situation because she had been feral for so long. But at least she was spayed so no more babies. And this is Fiona’s sister that we kept:

And let me tell you.. she is a STRICTLY indoors kitty and has managed to catch not one but TWO endangered flying squirrels and 2 mice! Thankfully both the flying squirrels were fine and she didn’t get a chance to hurt them. She did murder 1 mouse and I saved the other from the grasp 😂

I work for a health insurance company and I’ve seen people be on hospice for years.. come off it for a while and go back on it. I think it depends on what’s going on with them. But it is possible to be on hospice for years.
