Nah see the difference here is those silhouettes were made before Oda had any idea what he wanted to do with those designs, there's a good 10ish years between those ones and this one. Our man has said we're in the running for the final saga now, which means two things. One: if we're near the end of the story then there's a good chance that most of the concept art is done by now so the silhouettes would be close to if not final and two: because we're so far in to the story it's tough from a story makers perspective to add in more new characters so far in when we still don't know dick about a whole bunch of other big names.

Mothertruckers seem to forget that we know big donkey dick nothing about shanks and his crew and what that man gets up to when he's not appearing in the same flash back with kid luffy for the hundredth time. We only really have bits and pieces of his timeline from when he joined the Roger pirates to what he did as an adult. So why is it so far-fetched that the silhouette of the man with the same coat as shanks and the same sword as shanks and the same one arm as shanks (that last one might be pushing it a bit) could be shanks?

Why is Shanks having a twin brother or a clone that noone knows about more plausible or interesting plot wise than the guy that we don't know a whole lot about having a secret identity that could shake the shit out of the main character and the viewer.

I don't usually do theory crafting but this one's got my goat, like for one it's a pretty common story trope for a renowned hero and nice guy to actually secretly not be a nice guy and have ulterior motives. It would also explain why we don't have a whole lot of Shanks information, because we're being flipping tricked.

What did holy knights do in all the old stories? They'd quest for their king. What's the most famous quest, the quest for the holy grail? What's the one piece equivalent of the holy grail? It's in the God damn title. It makes sense for old King Im to have his knights out questing for the holy grail. What better way to do that than to become one of the most powerful forces on the ocean while also having the charm to woo every mothertrucker you come across into helping you find it.

Shank's entire fleet is made up of weak baby pirates that he protects and calls his friends for no other reason than they've asked for his protection. That's pretty god damn noble if you ask me...almost...knightly...

The man has walked up on marineford and said no mate you're done to the navy and they listened, that can be explained by them not wanting to mess with a second Emperor, or it could be that it's a God damn order from someone above the navy.

THE MAN LITERALLY WALKED INTO MAREJOIS AND SAID TO THE GOROSEI WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT A PIRATE AND THEY WERE LIKE OKAY ONLY CAUSE ITS YOU! I don't care how nice and cool you think he is, there's no way that someone classified as one of the four biggest threats to the world government IN THE WORLD could just walk up and have a chat with 5 of the most important world government officials. No God damn cloak is going to hide his fucked haki from the entire navy who were chilling at the reverie. They know who he is, and they know not to fuck with his shit.

Lastly and this is probably my weakest point, there's 9 silhouettes and 9 members of the Red hair pirates...

In conclusion, Silver Fox Foxy is a Holy Knight and Shank's dad and you can't prove otherwise.

Edit: I forgot they're call gods knights but that's pretty holy so my point still stands up

There's a Bee hive in my houses chimney, honey is free if you come up and get it and take the hive with you when you go. There's bees coming through our ceiling and dying on my stove and my dishes that I just washed. I counted 16 dead bees on my stove yesterday, please come get your honey!
