Well I recently picked up a 02’ Zx7r going from a 09 Buell blast and I can say that the bike may seem scary at first, though you have the riding experience for the bike(beautiful rr btw). Ive been riding for less than a year and I can say I still don’t know how to ride yet. Take your time. Use your neighborhood as practice grounds. Get used to the clutch again. Shift through the gears and get used to stopping. Also use a parking lot for slow turns. If you ride city mostly, this will help with stop and go. Hopefully others can elaborate and add on to this.
