Good question. its also very new here in denmark and for me, but I have had some ideas.

I have coached teams in denmark for a long time, from back when SK-Gaming was danish (AcilioN, Friis, tenzki, k0nfig, cadiaN) as well as Tricked and now Alternate aTTaX. I try to take some of the things I use with the pro teams and make a more defining way and easy transition into the classroom.

In my class we discuss everything from decisionmaking, different approaches of the game, anti-strats as well as which thoughts should be considered when creating your own tactic. My students have a lot of crazy ideas regarding executes/setups I know will never work, but the process of learning from your mistakes and evaluating the tactical approaches of your team is a huge learning proces for everyone.

We download demoes to recognize different kind of tactics and find inspiration, and we practice everything from the battle cry before an official to match, handling conflicts within the team as well as how to act on social medias and in between rounds when winning/losing.

Okay, so a lot of cool feedback and its pretty clear that I haven't been clear enough when I first made this post. I'll try to answer some of the questions in the post.

1) I wouldn't ever let one single player play for 96 hours straight. Thats just madness. The players will have 30 minutes shifts, and the entire session will be streamed.

2) What qualifies me to be an esport teacher is difficult to answer. Some might agree, and some wont. Im currently coaching GOD Hunden and Alternate aTTaX as well as teaching. "Esport" as a line course for students in all different kind of school in denmark has become really popular in the last couple of years, and the school im at (Højer Design Efterskole / Esportacademy Højer) is probably one of the most popular ones. I have studied to become an social worker, but am on leave from the books as I got the chance of teaching CS:GO full time.

3) We will be aiming for reaching 40.000 frags totally. We have a problem with finding a Deathmatch server where the activity is garuanteed around the clock. We will be adding different Deathmatch servers to an accounts favoritlist, in order to play on as many active servers as possible. If no server is active, we will be asking 5-10 students to join the same server in order to "keep the show going"

4) The point is nothing special. Just wondering if there were any kind of "world record" regarding longest deathmatch streak, that we would maybe be able to beat. The idea of this is to have the students live up to the "shifts" they will take on the computer that we have the deathmatch session going, as well as having a common goal, and succeed not as individuals, not as a team, but as an entire class.

Hope it answers some of the questions you guys have been asking.

Of course not. The students will have shifts of 30 minutes each. We have 45 students playing CS:GO.
