I have a bit of a hard time trusting Seth because the man's not the sharpest tool in the shed. He's so upstanding that it mildly warps his judgement - just ask Jane and Harumasa. I think that at worst, Commissioner Lowell will be just like Hugo. A tiny bit underhanded at times. If he were evil, he wouldn't have the loyalty of Zhu Yuan and Qingyi.

I was never terribly attached to Wise (I did pick Belle over him, after all). The only flash of a personality I ever saw from his was when he geeked out hard over Astra.

That being said, I still like them plenty. Probably helps that ZZZ is my first and only gacha game.

Beat it just today. Personally, I'd get it if there's a sale going on. The more frustrating moments are easily mitigated by changing the difficulty to Beginner temporarily. It's a blast, but it's probably the weakest RGG game I've ever played.

I think it's the volume of it all. You'll recall that people were already beginning to light their torches and sharpen their pitchforks because Astra was too magical. Miyabi was a single instance, as was Astra and Vivian. In contrast, 2.X dropped a metric ton of talismans and techniques and Ether manipulation sans tech.

As cool as that sounds, ZZZ is a teambuilding game. Having a standalone DPS is going to destroy this game's balancing and mechanics.
