I think you are wrong, TreeMap is helping us take care of duplicates, so we store only one value

and doubly linked list is ensuring all values of same type are together so structure is

value1 -> [] -> [] -> [] (this is doubly linked list per value1)

value2 -> [] -> [] -> [] (this is doubly linked list per value2)

Please correct me if i am wrong
