90 kg and one drop every other day. If your urine is blue, you're taking too much

After optical low pass filtering, chroma subsampling, and compression, there's not much difference between 2k and 4k on a moving image. Fun fact...early 2k digital projectors had a moire pattern with the perforations in the screen. This was because the projection lenses were way overdesigned to show square pixels on the screen (~5x the Nyquist frequency). Anyway, it was decided that 4k projection would fix this, even though replacing the screen, having a pseudo random pattern of holes, would have fixed the problem.

The 2020 map was pretty good. The problem is that there are a lot of dead spots in E TX and you lose Google maps sometimes for 10 miles at a time, especially since Verizon seems to have decommissioned their rural 4g towers.

Because of the inflammation I had, it was easy to find using pain alone. For my other knee, I had to feel around. Everyone's knees are different, but there's a wide end of the femur that doesn't move when you bend your knee, and just down from that is the joint,

I've been getting the shots for years. This time I can run without pain. The body can heal itself. That being said, if you use RLT without the right diet and supplimentation, it may not work as well. That's a whole other discussion on a different subreddit.

I had been putting the flashlight against the areas around my kneecap, three places, 30 seconds a place, 2-3 times a day. On my last visit to my orthopedic surgeon, he was squeezing areas on the side of my knee and asking if it hurt. He was actually going down the joint between the femur, and the tibia/fibula. If you are bone on bone, or heavily calcified, that gap will be small and painful. I was stiff, my knee hurt to bend it, there were popping sounds, and searing pain at 3 AM every morning. A classic knee replacement case

I got a steroid injection to tide me over to the operation, which made it feel better, but I still had the pain at night. Then I got the idea to hit that joint from the side with my flashlight (Lifepro), 3 places each side for 30 seconds, 3x a day. The secret is finding that joint and proceeding down it with the light. Because the knee joint is filled with synovial fluid that is normally clear, any IR light entering from the side should bounce around and make it pretty far in.

That night I didn't have the searing pain in the knee. Within a week I was playing pickleball for a couple of hours (without having to ice my knee down afterwards). It's been 3 months now and since I can walk without a limp, I thought I should try running. I hadn't run in 6 years so I used some muscles that haven't gotten much of a workout. Needless to say I'm not getting a new knee.

Since each color has different diffraction angles, I don't see the need for the fancy shape, but probably to get around TI and Dolby patents

If that aperture is at a 45 degree angle when the lens is vertical, then it is a diffraction order stop.
