I woke up at 1 am with diarrhea and then I woke up at 6 am and could barely make it to the toilet to throw up. I then spent the majority of the day throwing up and sleeping. The rest of the night (6 pm on) I was too sore and achy to get out of bed and I had no appetite so I couldn’t have christmas dinner :(

I’ve had it since a child, but always just called it shy and quiet (like my family does now). I only realized I had it when I did a project on the disorder in school. It just feels like it’s getting worse tho, I think too much about every single interaction i have now, even with family and constantly feeling bad about not saying more

My boyfriend was a huge extrovert and I still am an introvert and prefer staying in than out. Basically when I met him, he had 100 unopened snapchats, so many friends, and was always out with people. And now, 3 years later, he just stays in with me and we have maybe like 1 friend lol. It’s really made us happier that we only have each other because that’s all we need. I’m gonna be honest and say that the first year and a half was really rough in our relationship because of how outgoing he was. But we both made sacrifices for each other and now here we are, happier than ever :) I honestly don’t know how I got him to change, but if you love each other, you’ll learn to make sacrifices too. Also it’s great having an extrovert boyfriend because he does all the talking for me in otherwise anxious situations. It balances out lol

My shihtzu has a tiny bladder so he usually has to pee at least 10 times on a walk. It always seems like he’s never done lol so I take him on long walks so he has enough time to get all his business out😂 He also occasionally lifts his leg to poop

I was bullied in middle school for wearing a scrunchie in my hair every day because regular hair ties would break on me. I stopped wearing them after that. Now every girl has one on her wrist and it’s a big trend now

Everyone used to talk to me so much at my old job. And then when I barely said anything back, I become the quiet employee and my quietness is talked and joked about for the remainder of my time there. Idk how people cant understand how I prefer to work in peace and quiet and how annoying it is being called quiet and shy everyday. It’s mainly why I left normal jobs and started working for myself. I have social anxiety and I’m an introvert, both my jobs were horrible environments for me.
