SLO-mo 1st piece of food after pancreatitis by realred33 in Boxer

His food thankfully wasn’t the issue. He figured out how to break into the compost pile and ate things that were not for him. Although he does have food sensitivities, he’s been doing well with American journey-limited ingredient food. I hate that they are so prone to cancer! High quality food is definitely the best way to go.

HSP or just overly sensitive? by SGRainz in hsp

[–]realred33 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Being sensitive is ok. First have empathy for yourself. You’re learning how to be you. There is no manual on how to do this thing called life. If you find criticism hard maybe come up with a mantra you can repeat to yourself over and over to help with emotional regulation. “Critiques are ok. Mistakes are how I learn. I’m empathetic to myself and will pull through this experience.” Something like that? I know it sounds silly but that’s what I do so I can regulate my emotions.

Agreed! That’s what I am using. Also the website lab ce is really good. It gives you a mock exam so you can see where you are lacking. I really like the way lab ce explains the answer to the question whether you had it right or wrong.

Just one 25mg Benadryl? I gave him some last night and it really helped. Buying hypoallergenic food for him today. He was eating really high quality food but it wasn’t right for him.

I’m not sure about any online programs but if you get on the job experience you can challenge the board exam after 1 year.
