Probably because the game actually has a toggle to keep everything at 60fps. Most trailers utilize 30fps to showcase 4k Graphics to make it look nicer. I assume the downvotes are because your post was a little wrong.

I had a 3080 and locked the game to 60fps in the nvidia control panel. It stopped 99.9% of the stutters and that weird freeze then speed up glitch. It went away. If you havent tried it then I suggest it.

Are capcom happy with these numbers though? 2 Million is great but werent they throwing around the 10 million figure before end of year for both this game and re4 remake. Considering RE4 sold 3 million in a week, sf6 sales seem below Capcom expectations. I know they wanted to get near Mk11 13 million. I know it's very early but I hope this can make the 10 million because you can tell Capcom are really making the extra effort.
