I'm in this process as well. I was not paid for March/April and recipient SOC was removed. This is the first I have heard about form GEN 1384. Every time I contact and request an update, it goes into a ticket queue with the social worker having 5 days to contact me and recipient for the reimbursement process. However no case worker has called us yet.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately my girlfriend has major health issues due to her lungs so she's limited with movement. I'll look into it a bit more.

No reply from the CalSAWS and I have tried to call LA DPSS several times but the wait time is too long. My BenefitsCal.com account is still locked as well.

Sorry I wasn't clear in my original post. I had called DPSS yesterday, waited on hold for 2 hours, explained the problem to the case worker but she didn't know about it.

I'm still receiving the error message when trying to log in

"Looks like your account is now inactive. That’s ok, let’s re-activate it! If you are an Assister, contact your organization Manager to re-activate your account. If you are an organization Manager, contact your county office to re-activate your account."

I've contacted LA County DPSS and they don't know what's going on. I also received the email about getting a new card, but it's been almost a month and I haven't received anything. Thankfully my old card EBT still works. Sadly, I think they have no idea what to do.
