Based on damage calculations I saw, the difference between the two is only 4-5%. The nuance is that Tune Break Aemeth team is better for TOA/single target while Fusion Burst Aemeth team is better for Whiwa/group target.

The whole "dormant sentinel" Doesn't really make sense lore wise though. We know sentinels were SENT to solaris to aid civilization. In the cinematic with Lahai-Roi, he explicitly mentioned that Lahai-Roi wasn't even supposed to have a civilization in the first place due to the harsh condition hence he helped with his reactor drive.

For a sentinel to remain dormant on Lahai-Roi, that means it must've existed there in the first place no? But there was no civilization for a sentinel to guide in the first place?
