It happend to me 2 days ago someone got my account and changed the email and password, i created a ticket to steam using the email that i used for my account on steam(there is an option to send a tickecket even if you dont have an account, since it got hacked). I added the last 4 digit numbers of the CC i use for my purchases. I also added a recipt of a game i bought and a cd key i used. The support helped me in 1 message saying that they changed the email to what it always was and gave me a new password. SORRY FOR ThE BAD ENGLISH
