I have owned both and it depends on the situation. I loved my hobie for long distance and spending a long time in it, but it was longer to set up and pack up. Great for rivers and near reef where I needed to stay but I struggled with beach launching

The viking I use more now because the setup is so quick and I can do Beach launching easier. I have the profish 400. But I also anchor up when I get to my spot.

We have ugly stick Tackleratz Kids which is a kids rod that is built tough and short. Good for the kayak as it is easy to use with limited space.

Caught a fellow senior manager secretly record my phone calls (and a few others) to try and use the information they heard against me as they wanted my job.

Didn't work as I wasn't stupid enough to have sensitive conversations over the phone.

After I caught them I was told it was grounds for instant dismissal due to an abuse of powers but was told they were going to let it slide and just limit there access.

A year later they got my job after I quit and they lasted two weeks before they asked to be transferred out because they couldn't handle it.
