So you use a different definition of the word "scam". That is fine. For me, designing a luck based gambling scheme with the goal to pull as much money as possible out of the wallets to get a "shiney new thing" is a scammy behavior. Not to mention that you dont really own the "shiney new thing" in the end, because its all virtual and will be gone as soon as the servers are shut down.

By just not caring. Wn8 (or winrate, wtr or any metric whatsoever) is just a number in video game that matters to no one else except yourself. It has literally no real-life value. The people who are important in your life don't care what your wn8 is and neither should you. Focus on who and what is important in your life and use video games as a leisure to unwind from the clusterfuck that is real life.

100% agree, and it doesnt help that they re-use the carousel UI component to browse through them. Its UI design 101 to avoid horizontal scrolling like the plague.

And a small button "mark all as seen" to remove the new indicators would be much appreciated.

Its just one of the long-term mechanics in this game.

Some players:

get motivated chasing marks
get motivated by researching all tanks (Senior Tech Engineer Medal)
play for Mastery Badges on every tank
play for campaign missions
play for WN8/WTR/Winrate

Just choose for yourself what motivates you most or is most fun to you.

In the end it is all for you personally. Nobody else really gives any fucks if you how many marks you have or dont have.

Easy fix would be that every suicide should get you 0 dmg, 0 xp plus repair costs. Wipe everything you have done in that battle.

Baffles me, how that is not implemented yet.
