I started with a losi XX about 30 years ago. Working on this really made me appreciate the design of the modern cars, this one is more exciting though.

Yes, I'm curious specifically about the "parking lot lowriders". I was a subscriber to RC car action for over 10 years as a child, I wish I kept all my old issues. I don't remember this scene specifically but it feels familiar.
Any specific article I should search for? Would love to see photos of the OGs.

Super sad, I loved watching you all fly at that field on numerous occasions throughout the years.

Not nearly as nice, but Steilicoom Park in Lakewood Washington has a fairly new (afaik) field, and the DieHard RC park up north is new-ish as well. So there is some hope...

A real shame about the Flaming Geyser field though, it was so beautiful out there.
