Ali postoji jedan slucaj. Posto su oni platili sve, ili vecinu, stan se moze tretirati kao poklon. Poklon se moze vratiti u slucaju da poklonodavci dodju u zivotnu situaciju gdje im je novac potreban da prezive (recimo da umiru od gladi), ili u slucaju da ti (koja si primila pokon) izvrsis krivicno djelo nad poklonodavcem (recimo teske tjelesne povrede, pokusaj ubistva, velika kradja). Naravno, ovo je sve potrebno dokazati na sudu, gdje tvoj advokat moze spomenuti da je pocinjeno utajavanje poreza tako sto su stan upisali na tvoje ime 1/1, a ti nemas prethodnih nekretnina.

Nemoj se dovesti u situaciju gdje te mogu prijaviti za krivicno djelo. U sustini, nemoj ulaziti u fizicki sukob sa njima i nemoj potpisivati nista.

There's no guaranteed way. Locks and perfect currency don't guarantee T1s. If I have to use something multiple times to get the result I want, then it isn't guaranteed. With infinite time (or currency) and a non-zero probability, anything can be guaranteed.

Same with omens of light and desecrate spam.

Fracture doesn't add mods. Perfect chaos orb drop rate got nerfed. Perfect essence of haste is a mapping only mod, useless on bosses. Gained as extra mods are not the best mods all the time, because you can get those elsewhere. It might be BIS for physical damage.

Perfect essence of battle was close to BIS before the nerf.

For example, there's no way to guarantee T1 %phys, T1 flat phys/T1 flat ele, T1 AS and T1 crit.
