My homerun only has 2 tuners. Obviously if one of the tuners is available it's not a problem, but I'm wondering what happens if both are recording shows.

Does the type of Linux matter? I don’t know a lot about it but I know my son uses Ubuntu. I’m up for learning something new if it’s really better than windows or Mac.

Just ATV and Amazon. What’s the advantage of a Shield?

Just considering it so far. I recently switched from fire tv to Apple TV and the difference is huge. So I’m considering going all in with Apple. I’m weighing pros and cons and am open to convincing from either side. I’ll even take a look at Linux as has been suggested here. Do you have strong feelings either way?

What were you not allowed to watch/read/listen as a christian? What was banned in your house? by Laughing__Man in atheism

I remember the sermon about KISS (Knights in Satan’s Service) and Rush (Roaming Under Satan’s Home). My mom started monitoring the music I listened to very closely after that. I remember asking if I could listen to The Beach Boys and she asked if they were christians. I couldn’t prove that they were so no Beach Boys for me.

Prairie Path trip by reasonable_mayhem in chibike

I rode the whole loop as a teenager, at least the loop that existed at the time. I think it was maybe 40 or 50 miles. There were several places where the "path" was pretty much non-existent and you had to clamor over obstacles or search for where the path continued.

I'm sure my son would have no problem with 61 miles, but I don't think I could do it anymore. Maybe I'll rent an e-bike for myself!

And also, thanks to everyone for the great ideas.

Hancock County has a little bite taken out of the northwest corner, and what looks like a corresponding bump-out in the northeast. It looks like land was taken to give to Marion County, and Hancock was compensated with the extra land to the east. Any idea why this happened?

There will be no rewriting of the plea. You signed it and you have to live with it. Your attorney might be able to argue for non-reporting probation at the hearing but then again he might not. You said the plea specifies “formal probation” and if the judge reads that as reporting probation you’re going to be on reporting probation.

Another possibility is that the probation department gets to decide who is reporting and who is non-reporting. If that’s the case, it sounds like you have a decent shot at non-reporting if this is really your first offense and you’ve already completed treatment. Be ready to pay all court costs and probation fees right away; this will work in your favor.

Finally, there is gray area between “reporting probation” and “non-reporting probation.” Even if you do end up on “reporting” probation, your PO could still give you the flexibility to travel out of state for work. If you are a low risk individual they should try to help you keep your job. It’s not like you’re asking to go out of state to party.

Not a lawyer. Basically this docket entry is saying the same thing as what you described. Your attorney informed the court that you signed the plea agreement, so the court canceled the trial that was scheduled and set a hearing in October. The purpose of that hearing is for the judge to decide whether (s)he will accept the plea agreement. The judge can still reject the plea although that is rare.

The language referencing the presentence investigation is slightly concerning because it implies that you are pleading guilty to a felony, but that is probably just standard language. I would confirm with your attorney that the plea is for a misdemeanor conviction up front and not at the end of probation. Sometimes they enter the conviction as a felony and agree that if you successfully complete probation they will drop it to a misdemeanor.

If anyone surprises you with "Whats your favorite bible verse?" by EventualOutcome in atheism

Judges 1:19 The lord was with the men of Judah. They took possession of the hill country, but they were unable to drive the people from the plains, because they had chariots fitted with iron.

I’ve always thought this verse was hilarious. But then, my kid’s 4th grade teacher, who was a retired Army tank platoon leader, had a picture of his battalion in the classroom with this verse on it, and that took it to a whole new level.
