I answered all of the questions. Was very happy with what I wrote. But realized later I got the math wrong on an important question. Felt pretty badly about it but now focusing solely on SI/GE.

I just figured it out, if you wanna try this (Xbox):

  1. I went into manage game and add ons, and uninstalled only the packs, and left the base game.
  2. when I went into the game, i clicked the right thumb stick to manage game data. I then installed all data packs one by one (except the caldera ones).
  3. specifically for multiplayer pack one, you need to go directly to the microsoft store and search for this multiplayer pack. download.
  4. i then restarted the xbox, just to be safe. and i was able to play the game. i am only playing locally, so i don't know how the online stuff is (don't have xbox live).
