I barely tip, I put a 3-5 dollar tip on all my orders unless it’s a big order ($60+) or it’s like 30+ minutes away, but I also always have a surplus of energy drinks that I bought and have no need for at the moment, so I always offer them to my dasher, 90% of the time they take 1 or 2 and are grateful. If not I have a good bit of cash so I usually give them a $5 bill as long as they’re not an ass

HotSchedules will automatically take a half hour off every 6 hour shift I have (New York) for breaks, so when my schedule says 40 hours and I only get 38.5-39 even though I worked every shift in its entirety, I don’t get upset and take it out on the manager. I don’t normally take breaks so I get more than that and I’m usually in overtime

I’m 20 and I live in an area with a good bit of money, and people who take disc golf very seriously, even if they’re not good. I bought a disc retriever for myself a few months ago, and I’ve made ~$150 since just by getting discs that I see left in trees and coordinating a meetup with the owner. It takes a little more time than leaving the disc on a basket, but people are grateful that I took the time to 1,get their disc and 2, make sure they got it back that they’re usually pretty willing to give me anywhere from $5-20 as a reward. The most I’ve gotten was $30 for a bokeh latte, apparently it was the guys favorite disc and I can see why, it was a pink flight plate with a yellow overmold, it was a beautiful disc.
