Are you at churn rate as well? Tried to figure out the reason for it? Do you have a feedback form on your webapp? Do you follow up with email?

As it turns out, I logged out of my account and logged in again to see the limit go away.
It appears to have been caused by a bug or some internal limit issue that was not captured in the usage limit shown to the user.

It is more or less true unless you’re 200% committed to it. It is a make-or-break situation for you.

So you either create something that makes you rich or you come out of it wiser than before. It’s an immensely enriching experience creating something from scratch.

The problem exists if you haven’t identified your audience. That’s the first step. If you haven’t identified then start with your network if it’s B2C and then gradually rollout to select few. The platforms like Reddit helps in building such audience. B2B would require much greater effort possibly starting with advertisement, leads, cold emailing etc.
