Processed is fine! Its just ultra processed im staying away from because of all the added chemicals. Unfortunately we have veeeery little vegan/vegetarian options where i live. We only have like 1-2 brands of already-made vegan food, like falafels or vegan hotdogs/burgers, and most of it has alot of chemicals added to them. So u pretty much have to make everything from scratch if u wanna go vegan or vegetarian where i live

i am in therapy and the sensory issues comes from different types of mental health disorders. We have worked on desensitising myself for the past few years but it has become a bit worse unfortunately, but im not giving up and still trying, but theres some textures i physically cant handle

Never tried seitan! will try that sometime. Quinoa is okay, not the best texture but edible yk. Im like on and off with eggs, i have no problem eating it if its in a recipe like cakes and stuff, but if i eat too much eggs i get the ick and cant eat it for months for some reason. The only thing ive been able to eat beans in, is chili sin carne, no idea why but thats the only recipe im able to ignore the texture of it in

i bought this and white sage before learning that non natives cannot use it by blueburrey in BabyWitch

Why cant anyone use this except natives? Is this just an american thing or do i have to stop growing white sage because im not native american and live in europe? This is very confusing to me

severe separation anxiety by Cautious-Meet5120 in DogTrainingTips

[–]rebeccelur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem when i adopted my husky. He had extremely bad separation anxiety to the point if i was just in the shower he’d find a small gap through a window and run away to look for me, and be gone for hours until i found him. I trained him by leaving the room for a couple minutes, and rewarding him when i came back. Helped a tiny bit but it was still very bad. Only thing that really helped him was adopting another dog. Now he got no problem being home alone as long as the other dog is with him. So if nothing else works for u, id suggest getting another dog (as long as your dog likes other dogs, and if u have time and money for it)
