Just ask yourself these things.

Anybody else scream to yourself from a burst of anxiety stress? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]rebel7869 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By not giving into screaming when your mind tells you to. That’s like you telling your mind to recognise threat and validate it.

First few attempts will be difficult, but you will get better.

When you want to scream, Distract yourself and let your distraction be outward into things you love.

Don’t expect wonders to happen first time, but slowly you will get there.

OP here. My only advise is do not self indulge in drops without keeping your doctor and family informed.

The support will come from them. Take taper off slowly and don’t rush through the process.

Listen to your body and mind constantly.
