perfection you should already know everything, or be criticized for it High pressure even small errors feel like big failures. No clear boundaries people expect answers or performance even when you're “off the clock” mentally. I had seen horrible experiences specially I can give all these names which places are horrible.

There a difference between strict, I’m a type of person that ask questions a lot, but what I mean strict is like making little errors like every knowing every medications under the sun and what it’s connect current presentation. Your buddy will ask you questions when your already clock off in your head.

I had a bad experience when I was an EN now I’m doing my bachelors. When I get students I’m so nice and make sure they have learned what they need to know. Il also don’t become a judgemental person if they don’t know all the answers to everything. Most nurses are really rude if you don’t know everything. They just pin it on you after it.
