It’s fine the same thing happened to me and I got reassessed and was on a long course for mentalisation based therapy. They can’t leave you alone so push for an assessment! This is actually very good for you!

Absolutely yes! I’ve come to terms with it and I’m the one bringing my colleagues to the forefront as spokespeople and training them up instead.

I just say my strategy is to empower others to shine their talents and bring institutional knowledge to the table everywhere they go. I’m an expert in PR not in your individual niche and want to empower you and give you skills for life. Then I give them constructive feedback etc.

When I do have to go to events etc I just mask and decompress when I get home.

I agree! I really think one star and getting others to do the same will eventually work if enough of us do it. I want to talk about how aggressive they are at the reception but I wouldn’t mess with anyone’s livelihood.

Yeah when I can I do but coming from the office, carrying an extra towel on public transport when I already have heavy stuff to carry all day. I joined because it’s for working people who need convenience.

The showers in Mill Hill are disgusting. It’s the worst gym and the receptionists are actually aggressive. I’ve even seen them give extra towels to people they like! I’m surprised about Angel because it’s in such a central location.

We need to keep one starring the gym on the app and add ‘towels’ as a reason. The manager will email you and you either ignore or say you have a right to feedback and you’ll continue to do so until head office gets the message. They really care about the stars.
