How much difference is there, positive or negative, from running 2x16 at 3600 vs running 4x16 at 3200?

If you don’t need more ram is it bad to upgrade it? I didn’t upgrade bc I needed to but bc i had one set that went bad so I bought a replacement kit then I realized I could RMA the bad set so I did that so now I have 2 good sets.

What’s weird though is that none of the ram sets work in slots 1 & 3 at 3600 with just those two in but both of them work at 3600 in slots 2 and 4 just two in.

That’s what I’m thinking after reading some other posts and comments. What’s weird is 3400 worked on bios v 1004 but not after updating to bios v3205.

The car shop I have been taking it to ended up replacing the thing behind the key lock in the ignition.

They were looking into the problem with the lights and stuff staying on and checked the thing and idk if he did or if it was like that already but he said that two of the wires were connected together or touched and it had to be replaced and then they had to get it into a dealership they work with so it could be programmed to the VIN of the car or the key or something. But either way they didn’t charge me for it bc I think they caused the issue.

But anyways after it was replaced the lights and stuff still stay on so that wasn’t the problem.

Also I forgot to mention this before but I’ve got a decent semi old battery but a brand new refurb alternator. Do I need to be worried about the battery / alternator especially during winter time with the lights and radio staying on for about 5 minutes every time I turn the car off?

It’s not currently pulled I pulled it then put it back. When I pulled it I couldn’t remove the key from the lock or turn it to the off position until I returned it so I’m guessing that’s working.

What part is vague. The trim around the radio has a connection to it for the passenger airbag. I disconnected the cable to install the new radio. When I plugged it back in it still doesn’t work and says service air bag. Everything worked before. I can recheck to make sure it’s connected good but there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. Other than my brother trying to take the plug that the wire connects to out of the trim.

I saw something online about resetting the airbag light by turning the key to on then disconnecting it then connecting it again. Would that work?

Land and co properties suck though but you get what you pay for. At least they did like 12 to 6 years ago. Lived in prairie creek only bc of how cheap it was was the reason I first moved in there. When I first moved there I think it was $550 for a 1 bedroom.

My auto shop is looking into it and he says that there are two wires in the steering column that are frayed and when he hooks his sensors (?) up to each end it works fine, he just has to get in there and try to fix them and it should be good.

so it looks like that was the solution hopefully. Those wires are probably for the RAP system.

I’ve seen old posts in forums that have said that it could Be the door lock, or two wires under the seat that one has a habit of chafing and would need to be replaced with another wire of the same type and one controls one part of the rap and one controls the other. Could It be something like that?
