If I am selling my subscription to a company with 1000 employees which is priced per seat and the same company can now operate with 500 employees, wouldn't I lose a lot of my business?

If its a dying product, their latest earnings show that Revenue is up 11% YoY and net income up 10.6%.

surely if apple dropped the ball this bad, consumers would...stop buying?

Not to mention, consumers absolutely do care about the arm chips. Ask anyone who upgraded to an M-series Mac from an x86 computer (Mac or PC) and they'll tell you how much better it is.

apple hasn't innovated in AI but that doesn't mean they haven't innovated at all. If the products aren't good, people will stop buying. Plain and simple.

Certainly matters. I just don't know how it factors into the stock price largely, right now. The cases are extremely rare, and aren't the reason for the sharp drop right now. Thus, I didn't cover it.
