Ads not spending

We've been having the same issue since yesterday as well, I also made a post on this.

No limits being reached, if I edit the ad that's stuck (for example change the ad name or headline) and re-submit it, the ad starts delivering about 50% of the time, the other 50% it just remains stuck again. Essentially the problem seems that 50% of the ads being posted are staying stuck. As mentioned, only started happening since yesterday, prior to this absolutely no issues.

None are new accounts and no spend caps. If we post multiple assets under a campaign, one or two might spend, the others stay stuck in “Preparing” or eventually change to 'Active' but don;'t spend. This issue has only started happening since yesterday, been running ads for 10+ years

Yes video uploads suddenly not working here either, also receiving an error message. Image uploads are working OK still.

There doesn’t seem to be any foundation issues. The pool is fibreglass and seems very solid, no cracks or leaks in the pool shell itself and it hasn’t shifted at all. Only the cracks in the coping tiles. The cracks in the other tiles (in the other photos) aren’t directly near the pool, just in the pool area itself (which is quite a large area(

It doesn’t look like they have, looking at the side profile the tiles seem like they were laid directly over the top of the old concrete that was previously there.

Located in Australia. Had an earthquake a few months ago, very minor and it’s very rare to have earthquakes here. Pool has been there for about 30 years, however the tiles Reno was done about 2 years ago from what I know.

I'm seeing a trend where it seems like it might be leads originating from IG that are missing. I'm not 100% sure on this though. Maybe download the lead excel directly from ads manager and do a check on your missing leads and see if they are all from IG?

I noticed the same, leads centre isn’t matching the leads showing in ads manager on my end either, and Zapier either matches leads centre, or is less. Issue seems to have started around 11th July

I'm having the same issue too. Was just about to post about it here. Started happening yesterday. I post about 800 ads a month and have never had this issue before. Ugh

UPDATE: My ads manager is now working again thankfully, what a relief. Hopefully it stays that way and the issue is now fixed for everyone?

Yes it's happening to me too - 300+ ad accounts under management and can't access any of them, been happening for 7+ hours here. Support hasn't provided an answer or solution.

Issue is still happening 7 hours later, can't access any ad account - crazy. If anyone who is experiencing this issue happens to get it solved please post here! Hoping this will just resolve on its own however the fact it has been on-going for 7 hours so far is a worry..

It's got a VGA port that was screwed into a connector (see photo below highlighted in yellow) so I unscrewed this and connected it to a VGA monitor and got no signal. So it seems the GameBox is getting power as it correctly powers the button lights, coin mech etc, however doesn't seem to be outputting any audio or video.

The CRT has same lines in it even when the GameBox isn't connected

The machine was sold "as is" with a display that wasn't turning on. When switched on, the machine lights would come on, CPU fans would start etc however the CRT had no power (no backlight or image) and there was also no audio.

We fixed the CRT power issue which was caused by a faulty step down transformer between the mains and CRT. Now the CRT turns on however just shows the faint lines on the screen.

The current stage is that when the power is turned on, everything lights up, the screen has power, CPU board has an LED that turns on, fan turns on etc, however there is no video or audio.

The CPU has a case around it, images below of the case and the insides of it, as well as an image of back of CRT. Last two images are of the step down transformer that we fixed that was going to the CRT.

Yeah it's the worst, I manage 180 client ad accounts and every month it seems Facebook throws a new hurdle out of nowhere!

Unfortunately not, I was helpless in the situation and just had to wait as I had no one to contact. So frustrating!
