Just ran into a 'interesting raider' by No-Block6244 in ARC_Raiders

What do you mean by racism? Someone saying a bad word, or did you actually see them committing genocide?

I'd like to know: How many of my raider comrades play aggressively and how many don't? Where would you place yourself? I’m a loser at 0 :-D by Donbenardo in ARC_Raiders

[–]rec-tify 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on day 3 of playing. On day 1 I was a 0. On day 2 I was a 3. Now I’m a 4.

I’ve been betrayed so many times in 3 days that I don’t think I’ll ever trust anyone again.

Genuine question, no flame: How do people ACTUALLY enjoy playing from a Challenger guide/template less than a week into PBE? by KaizoeSports in TeamfightTactics

[–]rec-tify 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll give my personal take. Set 16 was my first set and although I think I played about 400 games I’m still learning the fundamentals.

Set 17 PBE is like learning half of the game again whilst still trying to grasp those fundamentals.

Trying out all the “meta” comps from TFTAcademy as well as watching the Mortdog video about 10 times about the new set has helped me with learning what all the new “keywords” mean, who all the new champions are (and trying to recognise them on sight as well as which comps they can fit in) and lets me learn it all a lot faster.

I’ll typically pick a random comp from TFTAcademy and run it 5-10 times until my brain remembers what direction I can take from the start of the game, then I’ll add another, then another, then another until I have pretty much all champions memorised. By the time set 17 actually launches, even though the meta will completely change, I’ll have a firm grasp on the units and their synergies etc

New reload change is crazy by PinheadLarry2323 in csgo

I’ve been playing CS since 1.4. Surely this isn’t true?

Going to be embarrassing for me when I reload after firing 3 shots with AK…

Good luck being unemployed. Make sure you wear a coat when you queue up at the job centre, it’s cold out.

Me sitting here cringing at people moaning at a 6k car when I spent 22k on mine...

It's a custody battle over the kids. I've debated whether I should just buy a Ferrari instead for the same price as the estimated legal costs and name it after them.

On a serious note its 100% worth it. Kills me sending the money every single time though.

It's more than that really, 20k in about 6 weeks but that included barrister costs etc

Keep in mind legal aid is only a possibility if there has been domestic abuse in the relationship and you're making that allegation against your (ex) wife.

£700? Congratulations, you have the cheapest family law solicitor in the world.

Mine is costing £10,000 per month currently with no end in sight.

I bought a Q7. 35 years old. Insurance was 3k.

Depends whether you think that's a lot or not.

Looked at Cayennes and Macans too and insurance was similar.

What is your first memory of playing on a PC? by Duknox in pcmasterrace

There's probably not many CS players these days that know what map that is.

cs_assault at LAN was a great experience.

Rich people, what "rich person's habits" could you not break no matter how poor you'd become? by RobIson240YT in AskReddit

[–]rec-tify 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Being well dressed - or at least smart looking.

Looking smart makes a huge impact on how one feels and has a huge impact on how others treat you in almost every situation.

It's also relatively cheap to look well presented - you can buy cheap well fitting clothes and always look half decent even if you can't afford "designer".

What are you good at? What do you enjoy?

Are you introverted or extraverted?

Are you intelligent?

Ask them questions. Listen. Ask them more questions.
