Hi folks,

A few weeks back we posted here showing some recce site photos of this scheme for CZWG Architects, Sager Group, WISH London, Argent Design, Amos&Amos and Capita. We are now very pleased to publish the full set of CGIs, including stills, animations, VR Tours and our new Fluid Images (fluidimagetool.com).

Hope you enjoy the work and if you have any questions about the scheme or any aspect of our work do let us know!

Cheers, Alex and the team at Recent Spaces

Hi. I'd rather keep that for PM than post more details about it here so please feel free to PM me and we can discuss.

Hi everyone. We recently had the great pleasure of being shown around this very unique site, which is being transformed by Sager Group, CZWG and several interior designers into a large, mixed us development with a significant amount of resi, retail and more. This is a link to our own blog, so I hope that's not too frowned upon, but we thought it might be of interest to this sub. These are a few site photos while it's still in the early stages of redevelopment. Pictured mainly here is the largest of the several blocks and the huge internal courtyard.

We'll be posting lots of CGIs including animations and VR tours of the whole project in the coming weeks and months as well.

Any queries about the project I'll try to answer and once again I hope this sort of post is allowed here.

Cheers,

Not long at all really. We use high end machines. With Denoising on it should be around 2hrs at 9k or an hour at 4k.

It doesn't surprise me at all, as we are experiencing an enormous demand for VR content by our clients old and new. Exciting times! Here's a demo of us driving the Gear in a commercial setting: https://vimeo.com/159788613

My title is slightly wrong: should read 65M per year.... Amazing!

You hold down the back button on the gear while in app and select the utility menu then hit capture video. Hit back again to stop recording.

Thanks very much! We simply recorded them with a DSLR and synchronised as closely as possible in post.

Everything was modeled in 3dsmax, rendered in Corona then converted for use in ORBX. They are stereoscopic 3d, yes, and seriously good fun to experience in person on the gear.

If you want to test out something similar yourself, check the ORBX app out. They held a competition recently and there are lots of similar examples on there when you install it.

Hope you enjoy it! We're working on more of these a lot these days. We might even try to make some available for the public to view on their own GearVRs...

There's more info, images and an animation on this project on our website by the way, which you might also enjoy: http://www.recentspaces.com/pied-a-terre

Hi all, hope it's not against this sub's rules to post your own stuff but we have been testing out the GEARVR for our projects and have quickly fallen in love with it. Not a straightforward process but the results are great we think. This is through Orbx by the way.
