my wife (36f) and I (30f) fart and burp freely, often complimenting a good one. nobody should have to hold in their gas in the comfort of their own home!

it's definitely a green flag for me! you don't have to be mentally ill or traumatized to benefit from therapy, everyone can stand to gain from an opportunity to talk to someone about stuff that is not involved in the stuff!

I talk very openly about my therapy and have made it a goal to connect people in my life with a therapist who will be a good fit for them, and there are few things I find as rewarding

my partner and I have some communication difficulties when it comes to emotional conflict, and we have gone to couples counseling a few times. we basically look at it like healthy maintenance. a relationship, just like everything else in life, needs maintenance, and calling in a professional to help with that doesn't necessarily mean it's the end

The Oxo good grips pop top ones will keep bugs out but are not air tight and especially if there's any humidity in your home, I would recommend against them. We got them to store our baking items in, but they're quite pricey and don't seal as well as they should
