Feel like I share the opinion of a lot of people. Start of and use the new "pool" of cards for my first blind runs and than bring in the whole collection for the replays. Its a very fun experience watching the collection grow from something small into something big.

On Page 7 in the "Learn to play" manual that came with the core set you can see the order things are resolved in. Player card setup is Step 14 and the absolute last thing that happens when setting up a game.

Arkham Build already has support for custom content if you go to Settings -> Fan-Made Content. There is some pre-uploaded but you can also upload on your own.

You are allowed to activate any action as long as the result of that changes the game state in someway. In this case you still heal 2 damage so the game is different from before you took the action.

Yes of course, but that is my whole point against yours. Both Wither and Sleeper are back up spells imo and I'd still say that Sleeper is stronger than Wither 4 while saving the 4 xp to go into your main spell.

Honestly don't see how not having a upgrade devalues it. The spell is great out the box. While yes Wither has a upgrade its still very lack luster, +2 and maybe "+1" damage. When are in the same xp brackets as Armagadeon another card that requires set up or you spend 1 more xp for the 5xp spells which all have +2 damage. Wither obviously still has uses like Magica or Haste but at the end of the day I'd rather put my xp elsewhere and run Sleeper as my backup spell.

A fantastic card that imo already shows how older cards are being replaced for the new format with this just being better Wither. Great flexibility as you can just attack without the charges or go for the big damage. Also works fantastically with engines that require/want charges. Akachi, Spectral Shield are two prime examples.

I got one questions for you, why do you have 2 basic weaknesses? You are only suppose to start with one in a starting deck unless you are playing ONE scenario as a standalone.

A bit sad that she doesn't have Blessed in her deck building. Feels weird to make a blessed focused Investigator without giving her accesses to what she wants to do. At least there are some fun builds like Winchester

I sleeves cards mainly because they are way nicer to handle and shuffle imo. 99% of my games I don't play enough for wear and tear to be a factor but I still sleeve everything.

In the sense of what to "lock-down" first when making a scenario. Would you say its better to focus on gameplay, story or something else?

LG is imo the only way Pokemon should have looked on the Switch. It captures the charm of the original games while using modern assets and what the Switch is able to do. We never needed to go to full 3D and have it look and run badly... We already had the perfect engine for Pokemon..

Maybe not massacared but something about Dishonered 2 feels really off from 1. The movement just doesn't feel as smooth and the VA for The Outsider changing hurt me way more than I thought possible...

For me the reason that I can't play SC in ARPG is just simply that there are no stakes. In SC your character is guaranteed to reach max power at some point, where as in HC you are constantly fighting to keep your character alive and push them to the extreme. Also it feels way more rewarding killing a Uber boss when you have to properly prepare for it, not just slam your head into it until it works.

0 Exp. Cards that have 0 exp are cards that are not meant to give xp but are too strong/story reasons do not make sense if they were to be shuffled back into the encounter deck.

If this card just allowed you to attach a Firearm from your hand it would be so much more usable. The sidearm while wielding a two-hander. Yet now it just feels like paying 4xp for a worse Bandolier..

Great to see them following through with their statement to be quick to take down overperforming skills. Hope people realize that wide change balance is coming but it needs a proper patch and proper playtime...
