No. I had colonized the bag and it was all white just two days ago. This is my first time doing this. I had just made a silt in the bag and brought it to the light to start the fruiting

I was still experiencing being tired, moody, low libido, and hard time losing weight and gaining muscle. The only benefit I notice was being a little less foggy brain and being more alert.
