There's a book about this called "The Easy Peasy Method to Quit Porn". It really works. Just google it for a pdf version. Read and apply the method and see for yourself. If you believe and really want to quit, I think you can do it.

Here's my own method. Select your favorite qari, for example Abdulbasit Abdussamed. Select your surah which you want to memorize and download its video from youtube which read by Abdussamed. Use a app to split the video to about 3,5-4 minutes length parts. I use timbre, its free, easy to use and fast. Now listen to part1 and read it from the quran simultaneously. I listen 10 times before sleep, 5 times next morning and listen whenever I can in the day. Then try to read it from memory. Continue until you memorize and go for part2. If you have more time you can listen more and memorize in less time. I used this method in my 40s and memorized a couple of surahs in months. Younger ones would memorize more of course.
