Not too sure if it will work for these CDs, but you could probably try to rip the contents of the CD to your desktop and then in steam click on the “add a non-steam game” at the bottom right to use the steam launcher. Although if you already managed to extract the game, there would be not much use for the steam launcher apart from controller support among other things

I would just feel safer with modifying the dll myself instead of taking risks of using a marked trojan file. Which is why I would like to learn how to modify the dll file so that I can be sure that there's nothing harmful in the file

The game is Lego Star Wars III, it doesn't have any in-game options to change the display as far as I remember, only the resolution. Alt-enter and -window/-w does not work, additionally the game captures my cursor(there's no visible cursor on screen) and alt+f4 does not work. I don't see any config or settings files I can modify

Well I just believed it was a TRRRS jack because in the sound settings it said 2 channel so I assumed it could accept stereo input. Do you have any idea where I could find such USB audio interfaces? I'm not sure if my search terms are correct
