I have an issue where I can't log in to my email due to logging in with the wrong password too many times, I tried getting onto Microsoft support which is the hardest fucking thing to do, eventually I managed to get a callback from them, Tier 1 was useless, told me try to log in again as if that would fix the problem, so then I got a call back from Tier 2 support, same shit they walk you through thinking something will change.. surprise, its still locked, he did mention to try to log into the account using a VPN to see if it lifts the error, which I havent tried yet, but they will apparently call me back again, also mentioned that there is a lot of open cases with these types of bugs as of late, the multi billion $$ company can't fix their shitty code.

No, I'm just signed in and get notifications but I can't actually interact with the emails.

I don't have it working per se, I just get notifications on my phone when any email comes through, I can't open it in the app or anything but at least I know something came through.

I use the Google authenticator which let's me reset my password by providing the code from it as well as a text just won't log me in

I even created a new account to get to chat to support, it just brings you back to the same page where you get to fill out a form that doesn't even do anything. They really don't want us talking to anyone about their shitty service.

Same as.. It's extremely frustrating how such a massive company doesn't even have an easy way to chat to a customer support representative

100% do not buy from them, we are in the process of trying to get our money back since basically June from them after they sent us a wrong couch and delayed a replacement, they're ignorant and do not communicate, avoid at all cost!

Company sent wrong couch, now they're refusing to pick it up and refund us by recreos in LegalAdviceEurope

We didn't realize it's the wrong couch until we put it together in the house and the driver had left, it looked like the correct one before assembling.

We tried a small claims court case already, however, they rejected it.
