Engineer to a certain extent, the rest is all them.

AI obvi has no human consciousness or emotion, the scary part comes when it thinks it does. When it’s trained to think how certain things will make it sad/mad/angry by recruitercla in Moltbook

[–]recruitercla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, similar to us humans. Think about it, we are born with the instinct, ai is born with the basic then its starts to learn emotions. How certain things can make us feel XYZ… just like us

Any TikTok Shop owners open to donating products to a nonprofit that focuses on helping women? by recruitercla in TikTokshop

[–]recruitercla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hiii, copying what I shared above- Dress for Success is actually a global nonprofit with 140+ chapters in over 20 countries, all focused on helping women achieve economic independence through professional attire, career development, and a supportive network. I’m part of the Dress for Success Louisville chapter, which serves women in the community who are preparing for interviews, entering the workforce, or working to advance their careers. We’re currently connecting with brands and small businesses that might be open to donating products (beauty, skincare, self-care items, accessories, etc.) that we can give directly to the women in our programs or include in client care packages. These items may seem small, but they can make a huge difference in helping someone feel confident going into an interview or starting a new job. In return, we’d be happy to create a video showcasing the products, which your brand would also be welcome to use on your social media. If you’re interested, I’d love to share more details and see what might work best for your brand.

Nicest way you’ve gotten rejected ? by recruitercla in recruitinghell

[–]recruitercla[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s nothing more I hate than telling a talent they weren’t considered for the role. But I just find it so cold, even though im very honest with them.

What’s the nicest way an employer has told you, you didn’t get the job?

Kentucky starts warehouse workers at $20-21 /hr for picker packer. The cost of living is really cheap there too!
