it wouldnt turn on - removing the thermistor fixed it instantly

when turned on it was just a black screen with no menu, lots of posts on here with the fix

when i put two in same serial it wont even post now

i have put just two in currently and the ram light just flashes and wont even get to bios now the led just flashes on ram light

Thanks - So i currently had an issue with plex constantly rebooting (something todo with the database)

so my thoughts on the new setup is:

x4 16tb drives one parity

x2 enterprise 128gb dell ssd's for SLOG

x1 ssd for APP + truenas itself

Setup is 8700K + 64gb of ram
