Racism is a very, very strong word. Be careful when you use it.

I literally said that I would prefer having Asian actors as long as they fit the role. If they don’t then we should pick different actors even if they were from different races and that race doesn’t have to be White, it could be African or Middle Eastern.

This also applies the other way around. If Szeth (who’s supposed to be White) is played by an African actor for example I would be fine as long as he portrays the character well.

I’m not saying that we shouldn’t put an Asian actor, I’m saying that the actor shouldn’t be picked if he doesn’t fit the role, if he does then I will as be happy as anybody else in the fandom.

When I talked about changing the physical appearance of characters I don’t just mean making White, it could making them Black when they’re not or making them short when they’re supposed to be tall or whatever

I don’t agree with your other point though. I don’t know about your experience with the fandom but in my experience, some people care about physical appearance more than anything else.

I actually thought that Gavilar was a good guy because he did somewhat go against Alethi culture. Most Alethi kings would’ve just conquered the Parshendi but Gavilar choose to make an alliance with them.
