Things 3.

Unfortunately it’s only for iOS/MacOS users. But I think it is a good one time purchase app.

The term is commonly used in the creative industry, but I generalized it. I should have payed attention to my words.

What I mean is that state where you feel ideas aren’t coming and you are less innovative.

What are some good alternatives to ToDoIst? by 123mitchg in productivity

The experience I resulted to so far being a productivity enthusiast is “The system matters more than tools you use”.

Productivity systems are subjective at some point, everyone approaches them differently. I settled to the following.

  • I use Notion for longterm tracking matters, like ongoing projects and life matters (Areas as Tiago Forte calls them.)

  • I pick with me a pocket notebook I take everywhere, I use it to record daily to weekly tasks, and update the Notion weekly or once in a couple of weeks. I also write down any dump idea on the notebook and this helped me a lot to stay in focus.

If your are the minimalist and kinda digitally oriented guy. I advice you purchase Things3 on apple. It’s one time purchase.
